Jon Carpenter

Jon Carpenter is a 20+ year seasoned professional in beverage development, manufacturing and management. His career began performing R&D and new product development for Anheuser-Busch before its merger with InBev, then transitioned focus to driving process and management optimization for the combined entity. After leaving ABI, Jon took on the role of Assistant Brewmaster for Dogfish Head Brewery, leading significant facility growth planning & buildout, product & process improvement, and new product development.

In 2010, Jon was brought in as a founding partner and Brewmaster for Golden Road Brewing, where he spearheaded development, build-out, and startup for every aspect of the brewery, growing to the largest craft brewery in Los Angeles within its first full year of operations. After leaving Golden Road, he took the role of Brewmaster for Alchemy & Science, Boston Beer Company's entrepreneurial arm, overseeing all product and facilities for 5 separate subsidiaries. Jon went on to found Openso LLC, an independent consulting firm that specializes in all aspects of creating, building, and growing businesses and products across the beverage industry, inclusive of beer, spirits, coffee, non-alc, and cannabis beverages.

Jon currently serves as the Vice President of Operations and Product Innovation for Pamos and Machado Holdings.
