Jared Dougherty

Jared Dougherty has more than 20 years of experience driving brand and marketing initiatives for a number of global brands across the food and beverage, apparel, entertainment, and consumer packaged goods industries. As a partner at Pamos Beverage Company, Jared is leading the company’s sales and marketing efforts, and supporting the rapid multi-state expansion efforts. Jared is also a managing partner at Sporos, an established Cannabis private equity fund.

Most recently, Jared helped lead Playboy’s return to the public market in 2021, while overseeing the company’s entry into new categories, as well as the company’s highly profitable licensing business, which generates more than $3 Billion in retail sales each year in more than 180 countries around the world.

He previously worked with Mackinac Partners advising private equity firms in brand acquisitions, as well as marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue of portfolio companies. Prior, Jared was with PepsiCo, where he played an integral role developing marketing communications for its portfolio of $1 Billion global brands, specifically the relaunch of the Doritos brand. He began his career with Ketchum Entertainment Marketing where he executed turnaround strategies for such iconic brands as Levi’s and ABSOLUT vodka.
