Nishant Machado

Nishant Machado has a twenty-year track record of value creation across multiple industries. Nishant Co-headed the Turnaround and Restructuring practice at Mackinac Partners, a renowned Financial Advisory firm focused on the middle-market. During his time at Mackinac he advised private equity sponsors, Boards and executives as they navigated through challenging situations and often times stepped into companies as the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Restructuring Officer, to stabilize businesses and institute the change needed to drive value accretion.

Nishant co-founded Great Destinations, a proprietary timeshare resale platform that was designed to address novel challenges created by the Great Recession. In 2016 Great Destinations was acquired by Interval Leisure Group, a Marriott subsidiary. Nishant continues to be involved in the Timeshare industry. In 2017 Nishant turned his focus to investing in the restaurant industry and built Dividend Restaurant Group, a restaurant acquisition platform focused on fine dining steakhouses.

Nishant is an active Board member, providing strategic and operational guidance to portfolio companies.
